Chicken Tikka Masala

 

Let's keep it simple & skip the intro, shall we?

Ingredients:

  • 2kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp TRIK Chicken Masala blend
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Rice or naan bread, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, TRIK Chicken Masala blend, and salt. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).

  2. Preheat your broiler or grill. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.

  3. Cook the chicken under the broiler or on the grill, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Serve with rice or naan bread.
